Meet Our Founder

On a mission to close the gender, LGBTQ+, and disability wage gaps one person at a time.

Over my career, I’ve been systematically gaslit💨, harassed 🫠, and underpaid 📉. And frankly, I’m sick of it.

I’ve had a lot of jobs. 17, in fact. Since I entered the workforce at age 14 as a Salad Bar Attendant at a “Family Buffet,” one thing has become clear: Employees are a resource, and businesses benefit when that resource is cheap and trusting.

In moments of career uncertainty, I relied on family, friends, and whatever I could learn from Reddit, to navigate the experience. But I wished I had someone who would have my back immediately, who would arm me with the business knowledge I needed to make the best call. To tell me, “They’re shooting you straight.” or “They’re underpaying you, ask for more, and here’s how.”
