Hey, I’m Morgan. Chief Career Coach at Braggin Right. For the last 6 months, we’ve provided advancement coaching and resume services to clients across the US. Now, we’re rolling all our critical resources into one coaching package that will arm, prepare, and support you as you identify your next career move.
Over 3 months, we’ll work together to hone in on the work you're passionate about, find job descriptions that make you tingly, point your resume and LinkedIn directly at that role, ensure you interview with confidence, negotiate for more money than you've ever asked for, and finally, close the deal on that new gig.
Braggin Right’s coaching approach includes invaluable professional resources, salary market research, thought-provoking discussions, and a co-pilot on your career journey to make sure you catapult into the next phase of your career with success.
We offer both individual and small-group coaching packages. In Small Group coaching, you’ll work in an intimate community with other career-minded professionals who are dedicated to taking the next step in their journey. Giving and receiving feedback from others who are actively evolving and growing their roles. Our first cohort kicks off on September 13th!
In Individual coaching, we’ll work 1:1 to design a personalized career journey that fits your needs, spending extra time on honing your resume to target your preferred job descriptions. Individual Coaching can kick off any time you’re ready!

How To Get Started
If you’re ready to move your career forward, schedule and complete a Career Discovery session, where we'll evaluate if Career Coaching is right for you. We'll review your answers to the Career Discovery form, discuss how you're feeling in your current role, and assess what you’d need to feel energized in your next one.
This session gives you space to think critically and creatively about your employment and will have a transformational effect: Taking you from feeling lost and uncertain in your current job to motivated with a revitalized vision of your future.
Career Discovery requires a $99 payment. If you move forward with a coaching program, the cost will be deducted from your coaching investment.

I’m on a mission to empower employees to thrive in the workplace, not just survive it. As a documentation nerd with a Masters in Technical Communication, I’ve been helping friends, family, and clients design resumes that get them hired for the last 10 years. I’ve combined those skills with my experiences at a pay structure software company where I learned how pay works from a corporate perspective and the keys to negotiating yourself a higher salary.
